Identify classes of two- and three dimensional shapes by their geometric properties.
introduction:
A two dimensional shape has 2 dimensions such as width and height with no thickness these are also known as 2d shapes for example you can watch a movie in 2d and watch a movie in 3d (3 dimensional) where things “pop out” and look real so shapes that are 3 dimensional can be a sphere, pyramid cylinder and a tetrahedron. And 2d shapes can be simple unlike more technical shapes so these can be circles squares .
